Hasbro Marvelman Exclusive for SDCC 2010?

Rich Johnston’s Bleeding Cool site is reporting that Hasbro is celebrating Marvel Comic’s aquisituioin of the Marvelman character by selling an exclusive Marvelman figure at  the 20910 San Diego ComicCon International:
