A “Fantastic Four” Follow-Up

Fox has green-lighted a sequel to Fantastic Four that is scheduled to be released on July 4, 2007. Fox is bringing back director Tim Story, but Julian McMahon, who played Dr. Doom, will not be back. If all goes well with the script, Story expects to roll cameras on Fantastic Four 2 early next year. It’s biggest competition will be Spider-man 3 which is scheduled to open in May 2007.
