Update: Missing Apocalypse Part

I e-mailed Toy Biz customer support regarding the missing piece for the Apocalypse build-a-figure. Here is the response I got (emphasis mine.)

We are aware of the missing part for the Apocalypse. We appreciate you taking the time to contact us. Please accept our apologies for the missing part. We are constantly striving to make safe, entertaining and exciting products for children.
Unfortunately, we do not have replacement parts for the Apocalypse Figure at this time, but they ARE COMING IN. We will be happy to order you the missing part when they become available. We hope to have them in stock in two weeks.
Once in stock & ordered, you can expect delivery in 4 to 6 weeks via Fed-Ex.
Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and will certainly share your comments with our Quality Department.

Needless to say this is a disappointment, but at least they are doing something about it. If you don’t know what I am talking about, this is the left arm of Apocalypse that comes with the Maestro figure in Marvel Legends series 12. It is missing the plastic tube that connects the arm to the back.
