What Happened to Marvel Legends Icons?

At San Diego Comic Con last year, we saw a preview of the Marvel Legends Icon line that somehow never made it to retail. Here is the list of what was shown.
- Daredevil (Red)
- Daredevil (Yellow)
- Phoenix
- Dark Phoenix
- Colossus
- Nightcrawler
It has been almost a year since these were previewed. Does anyone know what happened to these figures? Are they canceled or we will see them sometime in the future? Here is a gallery of the Marvel Legends Icons that were shown last year at San Diego Comic Con on Marvelous News.
